The IMC asked Anna Jasman

Q1

Tell as a few words about you and your experience as a massage therapist

My name is Anna Jasman. I come from Poland, but for several years I have been living in England with my family. Before I left my home country, I graduated as a masseur and I started working in England.I founded my massage studio, called “Jasmine” and I have been working in this profession for a long time. I’ve been massaging for as long as I can remember – I started as a kid with a massage of my mom’s feet and legs, and then the sore back and neck of my friends in high school. I love it.😊.

Q2

What is the motivation for your participation in the online INTERNATIONAL MASSAGE CHAMPIONSHIP 2021

What motivated me to take part in this competition ?? Willingness to meet people like me, or similar – who love massage,a desire to help others and a chance to learn different techniques and self-development. I want to check myself in my profession and correct my possible mistakes.

Q3

What message would you sent to the therapists of your country?

Friends, take part in such contests, it is a great opportunity to motivate each other in your industry, create communities with similar passions and to test yourself and improve your techniques at work. Everyone who has ALREADY entered this competition is a Winner. Good luck.😁

Q4

Tell us a few words of the treatment you will present us in this championship

In this session, I will be using techniques to deactivate trigger points, loosen the fascia, and loosen deep tissue.

The techniques that I will be using are classical massage techniques, techniques for relaxing the fascia and deactivating trigger points, which I have to work with them almost every day. The rest of techniques are:
rubbing, kneading, vibrating, shaking, punching trigger points (pulsating), stretching, tapping.
